Rise of Bikes May Lead to Change

Idaho State University has never been a stranger to bicyclists. Over the years, many students have been locking up their bikes on the racks provided right before they head to class. In recent years, students may have noticed a steady increase in the number of bikes on those racks.

According to the Associated Press, the state's proposed plan of attack includes a 25 dollar obesity fine for any employees who have a body mass index of 35 or higher and who are not making appropriate progress toward losing weight.
