On Tuesday the NCAA released its fourth annual Academic Progress Report (APR) as part of the association's attempt help institutions push student-athletes to raise their academic standards. As it turns out, the CSU men's basketball program's multiyear APR score is 885, 60 points below the minimum requirement.

Late CSU student Matthew Martinez' toxicology screen showed no traces of cocaine in his system, the Larimer County Coroner's Office confirmed Tuesday.
An April 15 Collegian report on the death included information from an anonymous Fort Collins Police Services employee who was involved with the investigation who said Martinez died of a cocaine overdose.

Twice within the last two weeks, election signs for the ASEWU general election have been taken down and disposed of by a student at Eastern Washington University.
Though it was first thought to be an act done by maintenance crews on campus, it wasn't until Lindsay LeVeque, ASEWU executive vice president, made a call to the maintenance center that she found out it was someone acting on his own will.
